These camps are for Improver players who can consistently rally to 6 from the back of the court and hit both forehands and backhands. The camp will be taken by one of our Level 4 Coaches and can cater for a maximum of 8 players. We have invited adult players that attend our weekly coaching classes but it is also open to players from outside our regular coaching programme. The days will be fun and will give you plenty of coaching tips to take your game to the next level. The day will involve: 10:30 - 11:15 Physical and Racket warm up 11.15- 12:15 Technical training 12.15- 12.30 Break 12:30 – 1.00: Technical training 1.00 - 1:20: Lunch (player are required to bring their own lunch) 1:20 - 2.30 Tactical development with focus on doubles tactics Requirements: Players will need a packed lunch, tennis clothing and a few extra drinks. |
