Safe and welcoming Our summer tennis camps are safe and welcoming, adhering to all the LTA COVID guidelines. We limit space to 12 children on the day to ensure close attention to each child.
Action packed days Each day on our Tennis Camp is action packed with tennis skills, technical exercises and matches. Activities are divided into groups based on age and experience and all our days are ran by our experienced Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) qualified staff who will teach your children from the start of the day to the end of the course.
Experienced coaching team We have over 12 years of working with junior players from beginner tots to elite level University of Nottingham players.
What to bring? Players will need to bring a packed lunch, extra drinks (no ability to refill water as the clubhouses are closed) and extra snacks for a physical day. If you have your own racket, that helps, and appropriate clothing to do sports. A rain jacket is required in case of showers.
What would cause the camp not to run? If the forecast is for rain for the full duration of the day then the camp will not go ahead. Due to COVID restrictions the clubhouse is only usable to access the toilet. We also require a minimum number of players for the camps to run. This is to enable a good experience for all children on the camp. We will communicate as early as possible if any camp is not running.
We will offer a full refund for any days that we are not able to deliver. How to book? Click on the button below ‘Summer Tennis Camps 2020’ for all the details.
' I first got into tennis at an On The Ball Summer Tennis Camp. I really enjoyed it so I decided to go to a club session. All of the coaches were great and made all the sessions enjoyable’ - Carter Pateman, Current player at Woodthorpe Tennis Club
