Oct Half Term Holiday Invitational Tennis Camps @ Woodthorpe TC

These camps are by invitation only and is not a part of player's direct debt package. They are open to all players who play in our coaching programmes regardless of the club they play at, i.e. you do not have to play at Woodthorpe to come. The cost for a camp is £20 per day The camps runs from 1030am - 2.30pm at Woodthorpe Tennis Club, NG5 4FE. The camp will be run by two of our Level 4 Coaches. The day will involve: 10:30 - 10:45 Sign in and welcome 10:45 - 11:15 Physical warm up, team games 11:15 - 12.15 Technical training focused on serve, return and forehand 12:15 – 12:45 Break Lunch (player are required to bring their own lunch) 12:45 - 14:30 Tactical development along with ratings matches and doubles. Requirements: Players will need a packed lunch, tennis clothing and a few extra drinks. |
